I grant Traveling Dancers permission to display content I upload for advertising purposes. I understand that submission does not guarantee placement, and final approval rests with Traveling Dancers. By submitting, I agree to Traveling Dancers Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
This agreement confirms your permission and describes our policies regarding submitting advertising content. Please read below:
1. License to Display Content
You affirm that you own or have rights to the image(s), logos, and copy you submitted, and you grant Traveling Dancers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them on our website, emails, and social platforms as part of your advertising.
2. Content Standards
All submitted materials must:
Be accurate, lawful, and free from misleading claims
Contain no copyrighted material unless you have permission
Be aligned with our brand values and community standards
3. Approval & Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Accept, reject, or request edits to any content
Modify image sizes or layouts for display consistency
Remove ads at any time if content violates this agreement
4. Term & Removal
Ads will run for the duration agreed upon. You may request early removal in writing. We may also remove content if it violates our policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Traveling Dancers is not liable for technical downtime, placement interruptions, or loss of traffic beyond our control.
