CALDAC Colorado Afro-Latin Dance and Arts Collective

The 2026 CALDAC Convention (formerly the Denver Salsa Bachata Congress) is a premier four-day celebration of Afro-Latin culture, music, and dance taking place from September 24–28, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center. Hosted by the Colorado Afro Latin Dance and Arts Collective, this annual flagship event is expected to draw over 2,000 attendees and will feature 3 live musical bands, 90 live dance performances, and 105 educational workshops. Beyond social dancing and showcases, the convention offers professional certification programs led by internationally recognized trainers and actively fosters youth empowerment by providing training and major stage performance opportunities for young dancers.
